_builder_version=&#8221;4.22.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;de2e2fa2-3a79-498a-aca9-57078ac4f52c&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>La riqueza visual y formal del Nuevo Auditorio Municipal contrasta con la sencillez constructiva del edificio que queremos llevar a cabo como arquitectos en Illescas: Solucionamos todo el programa en una combinaci\u00f3n de \u201ccajas\u201d y \u201cespacios fluidos\u201d que las abrazan.<\/p>\n<p>En unas sencillas \u201ccajas varadas\u201d con cubiertas inclinadas a un agua contenemos los usos principales que requerir\u00e1n de instalaciones espec\u00edficas para su uso, como auditorios, cafeter\u00eda, ludoteca, oficinas, etc.<\/p>\n<p>El edificio busca la integraci\u00f3n constructiva con el entorno y la arquitectura tradicional del municipio. Describe un sistema de ejecuci\u00f3n innovador a partir de materiales sencillos, de manera que la originalidad se consigue gracias a la colocaci\u00f3n de una manera m\u00e1s contempor\u00e1nea de materiales tan utilizados y baratos como simples rasillones cer\u00e1micos.<\/p>\n<p>Tenemos dos tipos de fachadas o envolventes, la del basamento y la de las cajas que emergen sobre \u00e9ste.<\/p>\n<p>La primera de ellas se compone de paneles modulares tipo lamas de 4.0 x 1.5 metros. Estos paneles se construir\u00e1n en taller y se traen a obra ya montados, de forma que se agilizar\u00e1 y abaratar\u00e1 much\u00edsimo la construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Los paneles se construyen sobre unos montantes met\u00e1licos a modo de marco sobre los que se fijan los rasillones cer\u00e1micos. Estos elementos sencillos, sostenibles y baratos pero colocados ahora de forma innovadora nos garantizan una imagen sugerente con unos costes muy bajos.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;Torsten content &#8211; Ragnar &#8211; Text &#8211; Our Challenges&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.22.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;de2e2fa2-3a79-498a-aca9-57078ac4f52c&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;||69px|||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>El ritmo de estos paneles, que funcionan como lamas, es variable, componi\u00e9ndose aleatoriamente mediante tres \u00e1ngulos, 30\u00ba, 45\u00ba y 60\u00ba. Aunque el dise\u00f1o tiene vocaci\u00f3n de azaroso se tiene en cuenta para su colocaci\u00f3n y apertura la orientaci\u00f3n de las distintas fachadas, consiguiendo as\u00ed la mayor eficiencia bioclim\u00e1tica posible.<\/p>\n<p>Con respecto al segundo tipo de fachada, correspondiente a los vol\u00famenes de lo que hemos llamado \u201ccajas\u201d la soluci\u00f3n adoptada es una fachada ventilada de placas cer\u00e1micas con un despiece de 0.9 x 0.4 metros. Las fachadas ventiladas cer\u00e1micas son productos manufacturados en la propia provincia de Toledo, con un mantenimiento baj\u00edsimo a lo largo del tiempo que adem\u00e1s nos ofrecen unas excelentes oportunidades de control energ\u00e9tico para el edificio, a la vez que estamos usando un material que crom\u00e1ticamente se funde a la perfecci\u00f3n con el entorno y la tradici\u00f3n constructiva local, aunque ahora colocado al modo del siglo XXI.<\/p>\n<p>Estas cajas estar\u00e1n rodeadas de unos \u201cespacios fluidos\u201d que facilitar\u00e1n los recorridos, evacuaciones, ventilaci\u00f3n, etc. y que ser\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n ideales para actividades de esparcimiento como las previstas para el hall cultural, espacios para sentarse en la cafeter\u00eda o ludoteca.<\/p>\n<p>En definitiva un proyecto ambicioso pero muy bien pensado y con excelentes resultados, siendo conscientes de la responsabilidad que ten\u00edamos al afrontar \u00e9ste reto como arquitectos en Illescas.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.21.0&#8243;
